1. Introduction
This Trust & Security governs your access to and use of the UbuntuLogistics platform, marketplace and services (together, the "Services") operated by UbuntuLogistics, a division of Ubuntu Africa Group. By accessing the Services you agree to be bound by this document.
2. Scope
Our security posture, incident response commitments and shared-responsibility model. This document applies to all users of the Services in the capacity described, in addition to our master Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Definitions
Capitalized terms used in this document have the meanings given to them in the master Terms of Service unless otherwise defined here. "Personal Data", "Processing", "Controller" and "Processor" have the meanings given under applicable data protection law.
4. Your obligations
You agree to use the Services in accordance with this document, all applicable laws (including sanctions, export controls and anti-money laundering laws), and any published usage limits. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for the acts of your authorized users.
5. Our obligations
We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, maintain the security controls described in our Trust & Security document, and notify you without undue delay of any security incident affecting your data as required by applicable law.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, if any, applicable to your tier are set out on our Pricing page and in your order form. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
7. Term and termination
This document remains in effect while you use the Services. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnity, limitation of liability and confidentiality) will do so.
8. Governing law
This document is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Ubuntu Africa Group contracting entity identified in your order form, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

| Sev 2 — major feature impaired | Within 4 hours | Within 1 business day |
| Sev 3 — minor issue | Within 1 business day | Within 3 business days |

11. Security & insurance
UbuntuLogistics maintains commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. UbuntuLogistics maintains cyber liability insurance coverage appropriate to the scale of its operations. In the event of a confirmed data security incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay as required by applicable law.
12. Escrow & mediation
Where a transaction is settled through UbuntuWallet, operated by UbuntuAfrica TradeBank, UbuntuLogistics may act as a neutral facilitator: funds are held in escrow and released against shipment or fixture milestones agreed in advance by both parties. Any dispute over the release of escrowed funds is first referred to a good-faith mediation process between the parties before either party pursues arbitration or judicial proceedings.
